DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notification

General information

CabPorn respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and strives to respond promptly and appropriately to valid DMCA copyright notices. This policy describes how copyright holders can notify us of allegedly infringing material appearing on or through the Website.

This policy is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable laws. It does not constitute legal advice.

CabPorn does not host videos

CabPorn functions as an index and embed platform for cab, taxi and rideshare sex content. We do not host video files on our own servers. Instead, we:

• Embed official players from third-party websites and studios; and/or
• Provide links that redirect users to content hosted on external platforms.

As a result, in many cases, the most effective way to remove infringing content from the internet is to contact the original hosting provider or platform directly (e.g., the tube site or studio that stores and streams the file).

Embedded content & external platforms

Many videos displayed on CabPorn are embedded via iframe or player from third-party services that act as the hosts and primary distributors of the content.

When CabPorn receives a valid DMCA notice targeting embedded content, our standard response is to:

• Disable or remove the embed and preview from our Website; and
• Where appropriate, inform the third-party platform or direct the complainant to submit a DMCA notice to that platform as well.

We cannot remove or modify content stored on other websites, but we can and do remove embeds, thumbnails and links from CabPorn when presented with a proper notice.

How to submit a valid DMCA notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that material available on or through CabPorn infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice that includes all of the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Your contact information:
   Your full name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work:
   A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material on CabPorn:
   The precise URL(s) on CabPorn where the allegedly infringing material appears. Please include all relevant URLs (video pages, thumbnails, etc.).
4. Good faith statement:
   A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy and authority statement:
   A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Physical or electronic signature:
   Your physical or electronic signature (for example, typing your full legal name at the bottom of the notice).

Notices that do not contain all required information may not be processed or may be delayed. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability.

By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge that CabPorn may forward your notice, including your contact details, to the user or third-party provider responsible for the content, and may publish a redacted version as required by law or policy.

Counter-notifications (for content providers)

If you are a content provider or user and you believe that material removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal (CabPorn URL).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (as required by the DMCA) and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat infringers & policy enforcement

CabPorn reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website for users, accounts, or partners who are found to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit unlawful or abusive content.

We may also cooperate with studios, platforms and law enforcement where appropriate, especially in cases involving fraud, piracy, or other illegal activities.
