Scope of this statement

This “18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement” applies to the website CabPorn (the “Website”). The Website is an online index and embed platform that displays cab, taxi and rideshare sex content sourced from third-party providers and platforms.

CabPorn is not a primary producer

For purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, CabPorn is not a “primary producer” of any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on the Website.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the records required for all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Website are maintained by the respective primary producers and/or secondary producers who host the content on their own platforms.
